Practice Summer Run Palhoça 2025

The Pratique Summer Run Palhoça 2025 will take place on the stunning Praia do Mar Aberto, offering options for all ages and fitness levels. With 3 km, 5 km, 10 km races, as well as a kids' race, the event is ideal for those seeking health, well-being and integration with nature.

The program starts early, with the 10 km race starting at 6:30 a.m. and the other races at 6:35 a.m. After the race, the awards ceremony takes place at 9:00 a.m. For the little ones, the kids program starts at 8:30 a.m. in the event arena.
