Imagine a corner full of natural beauty, a peace that is good for the heart and a cuisine that makes you feel the true essence of the island. And, I'll tell you, it's an experience that feels like you've found a hidden treasure in the heart of Santa Catarina's capital.
More than a Tour, an Adventure!
Costa da Lagoa is located in the northwest region of Lagoa da Conceição, approximately 7km from the center of Lagoa. Access there is only by water or trail, that is, there is no road that allows access by car! That's when the adventure begins!
Have you ever experienced the feeling of discovering a place on board a boat? Well, that's what the CooperBarco offers. The starting point is in the famous “center” of Lagoa da Conceição (Point 1), and from there, you embark on a journey that winds around Lagoa da Conceição for more than 6 km.
The route is beautiful! The view of the hill and the dense forest that covers practically its entire length is breathtaking. The small communities, the boats passing by, everything is simply wonderful and, suddenly, after 45 minutes, you arrive at the restaurant area.

Along the Trail, Between Stories and Beauties
For lovers of a good walk, the Lagoa Coast Trail, also known as Path from Costa da Lagoa to Canto dos Araçás It's a full plate. But, before venturing out, some safety tips:
- Wear appropriate footwear: Sneakers or hiking boots.
- Hydrate: Bring enough water.
- Avoid hiking alone: If possible, go with friends or local guides.
- Protect yourself from the sun: A hat and sunscreen are essential.
Starting from Canto dos Araçás, the trail reveals fishing communities and incredible landscapes. Now, if you, like me, are a history fan, you will love to know that among the Points 9 and 10 has the centenary Flour Mill and the Dona Loquinha's mansion. And look how cool it is: between Points 4 and 5, you can walk on “pés-de-moleque”, pavements made in the 19th century!
And yet, at Point 16, you find the Costa Waterfall. A beautiful place with a waterfall approximately 10 meters high. But be careful, don't go near the top of the waterfall. The stones are very slippery and, unfortunately, despite the prohibited signs, some people go beyond the delimited areas and are subject to serious accidents.
At the end of the trail, charming restaurants await you with delicious, fresh seafood. And if your legs ask for a rest on the way back, CooperBarco is there, ready to take you back.
