Jaime José de Barcelos is a legendary figure in Ribeirão da Ilha, in Florianópolis/SC. He began his entrepreneurial journey with a car repair shop, but soon transformed the space into a snack bar, serving ice cream, sugarcane juice, coconut water and hot dogs. With the success of oyster production in the region, Jaime noticed a growing demand for this delicacy and decided to innovate. So, he expanded the snack bar and started serving fresh, steamed and grilled oysters. This is how the Ostradamus, one of the most famous restaurants in Florianópolis, where customers can taste fresh and delicious oysters prepared in different ways.
