Tip: For the trail, remember to use sunscreen, bring insect repellent, water and wear appropriate clothing and shoes. The trail to the beach takes around 1 hour (via Swamp) and 2h to 3h (via Matadeiro). If you want to climb Morro da Coroa, allow at least 1 hour to go up and another 1 hour to go down.

Food: At Praia da Lagoinha do Leste the food and drink offering is limited, so it is a good idea to bring your own supplies.

Parking: Regardless of whether you start the trail in Armação Beach (Matadeiro) or in South Swamp, there are private parking lots, some of them with showers.
