Sanctuary of Our Lady of Angelina

O Sanctuary of Our Lady of Angelina It is a true treasure that unites spirituality and contact with nature! The sanctuary is composed of the Immaculate Conception Grotto and the 14 Stations of the Cross, which form a path of prayer and contemplation amidst the vegetation. Created by the Franciscan missionary Friar Zeno Wallbroehl, the grotto is a sacred place that houses an imposing image of Our Lady of Lourdes, brought from Germany in 1902.

The path to the grotto is paved and extends for 740 meters, surrounded by beautiful waterfalls, native plants, and the Stations of the Cross, made of plaster by a German craftsman in 1900.
