In celebration of International Women's Day, Florianópolis hosts a special edition of ELAS+, an event created to strengthen, connect, and empower women through real conversations and the exchange of experiences. The event offers a welcoming and inspiring space, bringing together participants interested in personal, professional, and entrepreneurial development.
The program will take place on March 7th and will feature three thematic roundtables: at 2:45 PM, a discussion on Self-Knowledge and Personal Development, moderated by Luciana Rosa; at 3:45 PM, a conversation about Women's Challenges in Professional Life, moderated by Kelly Anselmo; and at 4:30 PM, a dialogue on Paths, Opportunities, and Access to Resources, moderated by Nai Salvi. The meetings will address identity, leadership, balance, opportunities, and strategies for transforming ideas into action.
