Kings Championship – Queens of the Ring

Florianópolis receives, on August 8, 2026, the Kings Championship – Queens of the Ring, a night dedicated to martial arts, female protagonism, and raising awareness about combating violence against women.

Carried out on Luiz Henrique da Silveira Events Center, in Canasvieiras, the event will bring together national and international athletes in boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and Nogi competitions. The schedule takes place from 4 PM to 11 PM, with free admission and tickets distributed in batches.

Curated by Rafael Cordeiro, renowned Brazilian MMA coach, the Kings Championship presents a program that combines sports, entertainment, and inspiration. The audience will be able to follow professional fights, a women's boxing card, and a talk show held inside the ring with big names in martial arts.

Sports, female leadership, and awareness

With the theme Queens of the Ring, this edition places women at the center of the event, highlighting their strength, technique, leadership, and ability to overcome challenges both on and off the competition.

In addition to the sports programming, the event integrates a campaign by the Government of Santa Catarina to combat feminicide and violence against women. The proposal is to use the visibility of sports to broaden awareness and strengthen a message of respect, protection, and valuing women.
