The visit is free, and the viewpoint operates 24 hours a day, with mornings, afternoons, and evenings being the most recommended times. The busiest period is usually from 10 am to 6 pm, with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays being the most popular days. Generally, people spend about 10 minutes enjoying this magnificent view.
