The beach begins in the north at the Colombo Stream and ends at Ponta de Pedra, also known as Pedra do Padre.

A fishing Seafood farming is a very common activity on Santo Antônio de Lisboa Beach. Furthermore, the region was chosen to host the first mariculture experiments in Santa Catarina, which brought prosperity to the area. On Saturdays (11 am to 7 pm), Sundays (11 am to 6 pm) and holidays, the event takes place in the central square. Tools Fair, with lots of art, crafts and antiques in the center of Santo Antônio de Lisboa.
