Jaime José de Barcelos is a legendary figure in Ribeirão da Ilha, Florianópolis/SC. He began his entrepreneurial journey with an auto repair shop, but soon transformed the space into a snack bar, serving ice cream, sugarcane juice, coconut water, and hot dogs. With the success of oyster production in the region, Jaime noticed a growing demand for this delicacy and decided to innovate.
